1. Product Introduce
The low-voltage rail transfer trolley is a transport equipment powered by a 36V or 48V safe voltage rail. It has the characteristics of long service life, unlimited running time and high safety. The equipment relies on the conductive device (low-voltage rail) embedded in the rail to obtain electricity through sliding contact to achieve smooth operation along the rail.
The trolley has a sturdy structure and strong bearing capacity, and adopts a steel i splicing structure. It is often used in industrial occasions such as mold handling, steel transfer, and production line material distribution. The table size, load capacity, running speed and function expansion module can be customized according to the actual working conditions to meet the needs of different working conditions.

2. Power supply device
The bottom of the trolley is equipped with a carbon brush, which continuously draws electricity through sliding contact with the rail, and then transmits electricity to the motor and controller through rectification and control system.

6. Successful case
Our low-voltage track steel roll handling self-propel flat table railway transfer car 6 ton supplier is exported to foreign countries. A steel company in Uzbekistan ordered us a 20-ton low-pressure rail truck. The ordering truck was mainly used to transport steel plates, transported from the workshop to the warehouse, and the total transportation distance was 150 meters.
